Patient Satisfaction SurveyThe following pages show the results of the Patient Satisfaction Survey carried out by The Wilson Practice between November and January each year, using the General Practice Assessment Questionnaire (GPAQ). GPAQ is a patient questionnaire developed at the National Primary Care Research and Development Centre, University of Manchester, for the 2003 GP contract and focuses on questions about access, inter-personal aspects of care, and continuity of care. Patients are asked to complete the survey, via touch-screen, as they leave their consultation, A total of 350 patients took part; that is 50 randomly selected patients for each full time partners (and pro rata for part time partners)
