Welcome to the Wilson Practice 

We are an NHS General Practice serving 13,700 people in and around the market town of Alton in Hampshire.

Our team offers a wide range of general medical services, health promotion, minor injury and preventive medicine and we aspire to provide the highest standards of care.

We are based in Alton Health Centre, which is currently being refurbished. There should be minimal disruption for patients, but please bear with us during our ‘makeover’.

SWINE FLU VACCINE

If you have received an invitation to be vaccinated against swine flu and have yet to take up this opportunity, please contact the surgery NOW to arrange your jab. 

Patients who have been sent an invitation include:

  • patients over 6 months old considered at risk as a consequence of a long term condition

  • pregnant women

  • immuno-compromised patients and their household contacts

  • registered carers

  • all children aged 6 months – 5 years

SEASONAL FLU VACCINE 2009

We have now completed our seasonal flu clinics for those considered most at risk, and we have a limited amount of vaccine left.  If you would like to be vaccinated against seasonal flu, please contact the surgery.
